Tech Realty is a soon to be national real estate franchise centered around technology to gain agents more business and sell homes faster than more traditional brokerages. In the interest of full disclosure, the trademark and domain is owned by Damion Flynn which is also the founder of DandO Holdings.

A single branch on the Mississippi Gulf Coast with two agents has positioned itself to gain tremendous market share in only a little over a year. At one point, one agent commanded an almost 5% market share for sales in Gulfport, MS (one of the larger cities in the area). This is no accident.

Dando Holdings is gaining a significant, undisclosed percentage of ownership of Tech Realty. In exchange, Dando Holdings will manage the new corporate branding as well as short term financial backing for development of new systems.
